There are two types of web hosting plans, the free package and the paid one. The first one comes with either free website hosting with free web address, free website hosting and traffic or free web pages free domain and free packages. You don’t even have to have a domain name or technical knowledge. These are good choices specially if you are just a beginner in internet marketing with a minimal capital or your needs are only for publishing your personal photos on the web. But even with lots of freebies around you are more in a disadvantage in a lot of ways.

From my experience as a neophyte internet marketer, I first chose this option because it’s free, but I soon found out that in any business undertaking, free is bad. Why? First, your web page is cluttered in a sea of annoying advertisement. Since you are not paying for anything, you are at the mercy of the web host. The tools available at your disposal are very limited. The result is not a very good website with no personalized web address. Visitors to your site will think twice before buying the products you are promoting because it gives them the impression that you are not a serious businessman and might run away with their money.

The second type is the paid hosting package. It consists of seven types of paid hosting which I will briefly enumerate.

1. Shared web hosting service:

2. Reseller web hosting:

3. Virtual Dedicated Server

4. Dedicated hosting service

5. Managed hosting service:

6. Co-location web hosting service

7. Clustered hosting:

Whatever package you choose among the seven above, you are assured of getting a professional service and features that is designed to cater to your business needs. But wait. You still have to make some research on which hosting company can give you value for your money. Of course you want features and benefits like:

1. hosting links site web

2. cheapest web hosting for website for a year

3. linux web hosting live support

4. website hosting with website creator and

5. low cost web hosting, free web hosting, cheap domain hosting

Before choosing your web hosting company, search the web extensively for expert reviews, their rankings, features, benefits and price range. You can get a service like mine for as low as $3.95 a month with 1 free domain name for life and a whole lot more.

For today’s practicing physician, there is so much to do. Instituting, upgrading and perfecting electronic billing processes. Keeping abreast of all the new medical coding requirements. Billing and collecting enough to stay profitable, but not so much as to incur an audit by the federal government. Finding ways to stay compliant with the new HIPAA privacy and security standards without completely disrupting your office and re-designing most of your processes. Not to mention completing paperwork on each patient that is now estimated to take an average of 30 minutes per patient.

These factors, especially federal and state regulations, have greatly increased the need for experienced and certified coding and billing professionals. Private practices, clinics, emergency department physician groups, and hospitals simply cannot afford coding mistakes, yet most do not have the time or staff to properly and accurately bill those patients, in turn creating a demand for outsourced medical billing companies.

Naturally, as the expectations and standards for proper coding and billing procedures become more stringent, medical billing and coding companies are rapidly becoming a vital segment of the national health care industry. So much so, that traditional medical staffing firms have taken note, as they have expanded their suite of services to include physician coding and billing. Furthermore, publicly traded companies are quickly consolidating the medical billing and coding segment through the acquisition of smaller players.

Most medical billing systems are user friendly with many customizable tools. Modern systems also provide analysis reports on procedures performed, payments received, and accounts adjusted for any period. They can include additional medical functionalities in bills such as trip reporting for ambulance companies, transaction details for anesthesia billing etc. Electronic claim submission aids automated cash flow. Online systems help to streamline the activities from any Internet source.
